Pita Chip Bruschetta Bites

Pita Chip Bruschetta Bites are a delightful and easy appetizer that combines the crispy crunch of pita chips with the fresh, vibrant flavors of classic Italian bruschetta.  Diced tomatoes, fragrant basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil create a simple yet flavorful topping that perfectly complements the savory base of the pita chip.  Optional shaved Parmesan adds a salty, nutty finish.
